Hi folks, thought I would create a new post to share my thoughts about Brian Flatt's 3 week diet program. There's a good chance you've seen it advertised or discussed on weight loss forums and the like thanks to its snow-balling popularity. Being an avid reader and nutrition-junkie, I decided to investigate for myself to see whether the program lives up to its own hype. As I can attest, the 3 week diet review is pretty much on the level. Whether you actually achieve the programs tagline, lose 21lbs of fat in 21 days, depends on how strictly you adhere to the guidelines, however the actual information presented in the book is good and supported by scientific evidence. In my opinion, the program is best suited to those looking for fast, time-specific results, people looking to lose weight before a wedding would be a great example. Though, it could work equally well for those looking for a more long-term solution.
Honestly, there's nothing truly ground-breaking about the program, its very much more of the same - eating the right foods, getting enough exercise and monitoring your calorie intake. For this reason, those looking for a quick-fix or some never before seen method which promises incredible results shouldn't be persuaded by the catchy headline and should look elsewhere. I have not personally tried the program as I am happy with my current weight and diet, but I have downloaded the e-book (it's all based online) and was generally impressed with the quality of the information, especially considering the low price-point. Overall, the program gets my stamp of approval. If you have questions or would like a more in-depth review of the program, take a look at http://www.leanrunnerbean.com/the-3-week-diet-review-likes-dislikes-considerations-verdict
